To ensure security of your funds, we only allow withdrawal into a bank account that has the same name as the name on your profile.

When you deposit fund from your bank account, the fund appears in your QG-Wallet.

When your investment duration is complete, your Capital and Interest are paid into your QG-Wallet.

From your QG-wallet, you can transfer the fund into your bank account.

This is to ensure there is someone who can get the rights to the Funds in the case where an Investor is incapacitated.

Yes you can change your bank account details.

You can do that in your Profile in My bio-data section.

Note: To ensure compliance with KYC standards, the name on the bank account must be the same as the name on your profile.
