Set out your career aims and ambitions, and then explain how they will help your company achieve its strategic objectives.<br><br>If you do this, you are giving your boss the best reason to say yes by tying what you\u2019re going to deliver and the value you\u2019ll bring to the company with your salary raise request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>There are different ways to get the same results<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">You don\u2019t it get unless you ask. The worst that can happen is that your manager or boss will decline your request. If this occurs, maintain a professional demeanor and refrain from reacting emotionally.<br><br>Use it as an opportunity to learn and figure out why you didn\u2019t get it this time.
